Choose the Right Session Time

For a first visit, daytime made the river feel more readable. I could see the path, the meeting area, and the water clearly, which helped me relax before the session began.

Sunset had a different mood. It felt less practical but more special, especially if the plan after the activity was food, photos, or a slow walk.

The best session time was not only about the light. It depended on whether I wanted food before, a picnic after, or enough energy to keep walking when the activity ended.
