First View From the Water

Seeing the Han River from the water changed the scale of the city. The bridges felt taller, the skyline felt farther away, and the park noise softened behind me.

It was not only about speed or activity. Small movements on the water made me notice reflections, wind, and distance in a way walking beside the river never did.

After returning to land, I kept looking back at the same water differently. The view felt more personal because I had been inside it for a while.
