Rainy Han River Backup Plan

A rainy backup plan worked better when it stayed close to the river. I did not want to rebuild the whole day; I just needed a softer version of the same plan.

When the weather felt uncertain, food became a useful pause. It gave time to check updates without feeling like the day was only waiting.

The best moment to make a weather decision was before the route became tiring. Once I knew the official status, I could choose calmly instead of reacting late.
